Registration rates

It is our deepest regret to announce that, due to the rapidly deteriorating situation all over Europe, the in-person part of the conference needs to be cancelled. The conference will still take place as a virtual-only event. All physical registrations will be converted to their virtual equivalent rate, and refunds will follow soon.

Due to the updated conference format, the workshop has also been cancelled.

For each accepted contribution, at least the presenting author must register using the corresponding author rate (either physical or virtual) for their publication type, even if they are a student. Companion of attendees should register at the Physical (or Virtual) Attendee rate.

Student rates are only applicable for non-presenting attendees. Proof of student status (copy of student ID or letter from supervisor) must be submitted.

* Rates are for ACM members, a surcharge of €50 will be applied for non-ACM members.

** There are a total of 70 dinner tickets available.

*** SIGCHI is sponsoring a number of FREE online registrations to interested MUM attendees. You can apply to the fee waiver program here until the 19th of November AoE. Applicants from developing countries and marginalised communities will be prioritised.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made by email to the Local Chair. If you do not cancel your participation at all, you will be charged the full fee. For cancellations received by 14 November 2021 the paid conference fees will be refunded. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after this date. Please note that a processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. Refunds of authors with accepted contributions will imply their removeal from the proceedings.

If the conference will need to be cancelled due to Coronavirus-related complications, all physical registration fees will be refunded for the part exceeding the virtual registration equivalent rate.
