The registrations are managed by GECO Eventi srl. In case of problems please contact info@gecoef.it

Registration fee includes:

• Access to the welcome reception on Wednesday
• Access to the conference dinner on Thursday
• Conference materials
• Lunches and coffee/tea during breaks mentioned in the programme

* For Master and PhD Students: please send a proof of a full-time student status (ID card or letter from your institution or program director) to the Local Chair.

** One-day conference registration does not include access to the evening social events.

Terms of Registration and Payment

For each accepted full or short paper, poster, demo or doctoral school submission, at least one author must do a full conference registration (no one-day registration) by Wednesday October 23rd in order to be included in the proceedings that will be sent to ACM. A single completed registration is required for each item that is to be included in the conference proceedings.

The fees include the VAT 0%.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made by email to the Local Chair. If you do not cancel your participation at all, you will be charged the full fee. For cancellations received by 3 November 2019 the paid conference fees will be refunded. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after this date. Please note that a processing fee of 50 € will be deducted from all refunds.
